Structural Features:
TTR double-layer core-spun yarn takes spandex as the core (providing basic elasticity), with an outer “double-layer wrapping” design — the inner layer is mostly polyester (enhancing structural stability and wear resistance), and the outer layer is wrapped with rayon (improving skin-friendliness and breathability).
Core Performance:
✅ “Double insurance” for elasticity: The spandex core provides a high-elasticity foundation, and the double outer fibers tightly wrap to reduce excessive stretching of spandex, making the elasticity more durable (not easy to loosen after repeated wearing and washing).
✅ “Soft yet structured” hand feel: The outer rayon brings cloud-like softness and skin-friendliness, while the inner polyester provides moderate stiffness, avoiding the sagging of pure rayon and keeping the garment in shape without slouching.
✅ Enhanced durability: The interweaving of double-layer fibers improves pilling and snagging resistance. The wear resistance of polyester combined with the moisture absorption and breathability of rayon balances “durability” and “comfort”.
Application Scenarios:
Suitable for making close-fitting or semi-close-fitting clothing such as knitwear, base layers, and slim-fit sweatshirts — it fits the body curves (elasticity adapts to movements) and is suitable for long-term wear due to its softness and skin-friendliness; it is also often used in sportswear and casual wear, balancing freedom of movement and daily durability.
