Composition & Structure:
TTR cationic viscose denim-like fabric typically combines polyester (T), cationic viscose (cationic rayon), and spandex (SP). A common ratio is 70% polyester, 25% cotton-type cationic viscose, and 5% spandex. Its structure may draw on TTR double-layer core-spun yarn: spandex forms the elastic core, wrapped by polyester and cationic viscose to create a structure balancing elasticity, crispness, and softness.
Highly Authentic Appearance: Special weaving and finishing techniques replicate traditional denim’s look, achieving a nearly indistinguishable visual effect.
Soft & Comfortable Feel: Cationic viscose ensures a delicate soft and skin-friendly touch, while polyester adds just enough crispness to avoid the sagging of pure viscose, keeping garments comfortable and well-shaped.
Wrinkle-Resistant & Durable: Polyester’s excellent wrinkle resistance and abrasion resistance make the fabric less prone to creases, pilling, or snags. It’s easy to care for and boasts a long service life.
High Color Fastness: Some variants use solution dyeing—coloring fibers during production for inherent color locking. This ensures exceptional color fastness, resisting fading even after multiple washes, with colors remaining vivid.
