The Dominique twill fabric is mainly made of Rayon, with a small amount of polyester (10%) blended in some cases to enhance stability. It is woven using a twill weave (warp and weft yarns interlace at an angle of approximately 45°) and simulates the luster and drape of Tencel through optimized processes. Its structural features include tightly arranged and smooth fibers, with clear yet not rugged twill lines, presenting an overall delicate texture.
Core Features:
✅ High simulation, texture close to Tencel: Through fiber purification and finishing technologies, it reproduces the silky luster and flowing drape of Tencel. It feels soft and skin-friendly, with a cool and breathable touch when worn next to the skin. At the same time, it avoids the drawbacks of natural Tencel, such as being prone to wrinkling and having weak abrasion resistance.
✅ Better cost performance and easy care: Compared to natural Tencel, Tencel-like twill is more cost-effective. Due to the possible inclusion of a small amount of polyester, it has better wrinkle resistance and shape retention. It is not easy to deform or shrink after daily washing, requires no special care, and is suitable for frequent wear.
Application Scenarios:
Shirts and tops: The fabric has a crisp shape without sagging, looks neat when worn, and is suitable for workplace or daily matching.
Dresses: The drape highlights the body curves, and the twill details add a sense of refinement, making it suitable for spring and summer dates or commuting.
