TTR Orlando has a special structure: it takes spandex as the core yarn, wrapped by fibers like cotton, polyester, nylon or rayon. During processing, basic yarns are twisted with spandex core-spun yarns to make elastic threads before weaving into fabric.

This fabric boasts excellent four-way elasticity, allowing free movement and keeping shapes well—knees and elbows won’t bulge after long wear. It feels soft with a texture yet has proper stiffness, avoiding flimsiness. With polyester, it gains durability and wrinkle resistance; with rayon, breathability improves.
Widely used in clothing, it’s ideal for dresses, casual wear, outdoor work jackets, yoga clothes and sport pants, perfectly meeting stretch needs for daily activities and sports.
Comparison with other yarns.
Yarn Type | Advantages | Disadvantages | Main Applications |
Cotton Yarn | Breathable, soft, suitable for close-fitting clothes | Not wear – resistant, easy to shrink and deform | T – shirts, shirts, underwear, socks, baby clothes |
Polyester Yarn | Good wear resistance, poor moisture absorption | Poor air permeability, low comfort | Sportswear, outdoor products |
Mercerized Yarn | High gloss, smooth touch | High production cost, easily damaged | High – end shirts, knitted products |
Acrylic Yarn | Good warmth retention, light | Easy to pill, not wear – resistant | Sweaters, scarves |
Core – spun Yarn | Inexpensive, wear – resistant, good elasticity, suitable for high – strength sewing | Easy to pill, relatively narrow application range | Jeans, sportswear, elastic clothing, socks, gloves, sweaters |
