Composition & Structure:
TTR plain weave four-way stretch fabric features a blended base of polyester (T) and rayon (R), integrated with spandex elastic fibers. It adopts a plain weave structure (warp and weft yarns alternately interlace “one over one under”), creating a smooth and delicate surface. Spandex forms an elastic network in both warp and weft directions, achieving the flexible characteristics of “four-way stretch and rebound”.
Core Characteristics:
✅ “All-directional” Elasticity: Two-way elasticity in warp and weft directions acts like “invisible springs”, allowing smooth movement during bending, raising hands, and striding. It fits perfectly and rebounds instantly after movement, eliminating “constraint” and “looseness”.
