Composition and Structure:
Tencel-like plain weave is mainly made of rayon, with a small amount of polyester (10%) added in some cases to enhance stability. It is woven using a plain weave structure (warp and weft yarns interlace at right angles, forming uniform strip-like textures). Through optimized processes (such as fiber refinement and surface smoothing), it simulates the silky luster and lightweight texture of Tencel fabric, with an overall tight and flat structure.

✅ Texture close to Tencel, simple style: Through fiber treatment technology, it reproduces the soft drape and gentle luster of Tencel. The plain weave structure gives the fabric a smooth and flat surface, with a cool and skin-friendly feel. At the same time, it avoids the problems of natural Tencel being prone to wrinkling and having poor abrasion resistance.
✅ Outstanding cost performance, easy to care for: Compared to natural Tencel, it has a lower cost. Due to the inclusion of a small amount of polyester, it has better wrinkle resistance and shape retention. It is not easy to deform or shrink after daily washing, requires no special care, and is suitable for frequent wear.
