TR Coarse Twill Four-way Stretch

Composition & Structure:
TR coarse twill four-way stretch fabric is mainly blended with polyester (T) and rayon (R), with a small amount of spandex (usually 3%-5%) added for elasticity. It adopts a coarse twill weave—warp and weft yarns interlace at high density, forming bold, clear diagonal lines (inclined at about 45°, with wider spacing than regular twill). Spandex is evenly distributed in both warp and weft directions, enabling “four-way stretch” properties.
Core Features:
✅ Rugged Texture + Flexible Elasticity: The coarse twill brings a retro feel and visual impact, while the four-way stretch allows the fabric to fit the body curves during stretching and bending, ensuring unrestricted movement. It rebounds quickly without sagging, balancing “style” and “comfort”.
✅ Balanced Softness & Crispness, Skin-friendly & Durable: Rayon neutralizes the stiffness of polyester, making the hand feel soft (not rough) and skin-friendly. Polyester enhances the fabric’s crispness and abrasion resistance, with better wrinkle resistance than pure rayon—it’s not easy to pill or deform during daily wear.
✅ Easy Care & Versatile: The fabric has good wrinkle resistance, requiring little ironing after washing. The textured coarse twill gives it a unique style, suitable for both casual looks and light business occasions.
Application Scenarios:
  • Casual Pants: Such as straight-leg pants and cargo pants, where the coarse twill adds texture and elasticity adapts to daily activities;
  • Jackets & Outerwear: Crisp and well-shaped, with optional thickness for warmth, ideal for spring and autumn;
  • Dresses & Suits: The twill texture adds a retro charm, while the elastic design enhances wearing comfort, balancing fashion and practicality.
